The default arrangement

The work is built to sit behind your account management. The client signs with you, hears from you, and sees the report presented by you. Our team audits, fixes, writes, tracks and reports, and none of that requires a conversation with the client unless you decide it should. When we need something from the client's side, such as CMS access or a decision on the roadmap, we ask you, and you ask them in your own words.

That holds whether you are an agency with an account team or a consultant who is the account team.

One strategist, all of your accounts

You get one person on our side who works across every client brand in your account. That means:

• One call to onboard a new client, rather than a new contact per brand
• One thread for questions, with someone who knows every account's history
• A monthly briefing before each client call, so you know what the report says and why before you present it

When a client asks something you want answered precisely, such as why a prompt lost share or which source the engines started citing, the strategist is the person you ask, and the answer comes back in time for you to give it as your own.

When you want us in the room

Some agencies prefer the team that did the work to field the technical questions. In that case we join the client call as your GEO team, you run the agenda, and the client still sees the engagement as yours. Whichever you prefer, the relationship does not move.
