Who we are

www.eleva.chat is run by Eleva Intelligence, LLC, at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. We are the ones handling anything this page describes. Questions about it go to hello@eleva.chat.

What we collect, and why

We run Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read. It is the only third-party script on the site. There is no advertising and no tracking pixel, and we host the font ourselves.

• Google Analytics records the pages you visit, how you got here, your browser and device, and a rough location from your IP address, which Google says it does not keep. It sets two cookies so it can tell a returning visitor from a new one. We use it to see what people read.
• Every button that offers to start a conversation opens WhatsApp with a message drafted for you. This site does not collect anything when you follow one, and there is no form on it. If you send the message, WhatsApp shows us your name and number and we have the thread, which we use to reply and to run the audit.
• Our host logs the IP address, browser, page and time of every request, as any web server does. We use the logs to keep the site up and to spot abuse.
• If you email us directly, whatever you sent sits in our mailbox.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your data or hand it to anyone for their own use. Four companies handle it: two because the site cannot run without them, WhatsApp because that is where the conversation happens, and Google because we want to know what gets read.

• Vercel hosts the site and its database, and keeps the server logs.
• WhatsApp, which is Meta, carries any message you send us and holds it under its own terms. We never see more of your WhatsApp account than the name and number attached to the thread.
• Our email provider stores our mailbox, including anything you send us and our replies.
• Google receives the analytics data described above and processes it under its own terms.

All four run in the United States, so a message from the EU, the UK or Brazil crosses a border to reach us. Each publishes the terms it transfers data under.

How long we keep it

Message threads and emails stay in WhatsApp and our mailbox for as long as the conversation, or any work that comes from it, is live. After that we delete them, and sooner if you ask. Our host keeps server logs for a short rolling window, then discards them.

Cookies

This site sets two cookies for visitors, both from Google Analytics. One gives your browser a random id so your return visits count as the same person, and the other remembers the current session. Both last up to two years, and clearing your browser’s cookies removes them. If you would rather not be counted, Google’s opt-out add-on blocks the script, and so does any content blocker.

The only other cookie this site sets is a sign-in cookie for staff who log into the admin area. If you are reading this, you do not have it.

What you can ask us

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or tell us to stop keeping it. Email hello@eleva.chat and we will reply within one business day and act within thirty. This applies wherever you are. It is not limited to places where the law requires it.

If you need the legal basis: anything you send us, because you asked us to reply (a step toward a contract). Server logs, because a site cannot run without them (legitimate interest). Analytics, because we want to know what gets read (legitimate interest).

Data we handle for clients

When we run Managed GEO or GEO Consulting & Trends for a client, we handle their data under that contract, and where relevant an NDA and a signed scope. The same goes for a client’s account on the platform at app.eleva.chat. This page covers www.eleva.chat only.

Changes

If what we do changes, this page changes, and the date at the top with it. We will not widen it without saying so.
