What sets the number

Every client starts with a free audit of their site: 21 checks covering crawler access for 20 AI bots, structure, content depth and llms.txt, plus a run of the questions their buyers ask across every major AI engine. The audit becomes a prioritized roadmap, and the roadmap is what the retainer is scoped against. Two things move it:

• The size of the site, which sets how many technical fixes there are to ship
• How much content the roadmap calls for, which sets how many questions the client needs to win and how many articles that takes

A small site with a short roadmap sits near the starting figure. A larger site with more prompts to win costs more, and you know why before you sign, because the roadmap you approved is the reason.

What the retainer covers

The figure is for the team and the platform together. There is no charge per seat on the workspace and no metering per prompt tracked. Daily tracking across every major AI engine, the workspace with its competitors, prompts, personas and reports, the fixes and content we ship, the monthly report and the strategist are all inside the one number.

Each client brand is its own retainer, so an account with five brands holds five retainers, each scoped to its own audit. Nothing about the per-client figure changes because you hold more or fewer of them.

Consulting is quoted differently
