For founders

You run the company. We get AI to recommend it.

“I don’t have a growth team. I need this handled, not explained.”

Your buyers ask ChatGPT who to hire and which tool to pick, and the answer keeps naming the same three competitors. We audit your site, fix it, write and publish the content, and check the answers every day, so you get into them without learning a new discipline at 11pm.

The problem

You already know the answer names someone else.

You are the marketing department, and it is late. AI answers are where that starts to cost you.

  • The last agency sold you a dashboard

A retainer, a login, and a monthly deck of scores. You could not point to anything that changed on your site, and you never found out whether any of it brought in a customer.

  • The same three competitors, every week

You ask ChatGPT what your buyers ask, and it recommends the same three names. You are not one of them, and the buyers who took that advice never show up in your inbox.

  • You cannot write another blog post

You know the fix is content and site work, and you know when you would get to it: after the customer emails, the invoices, and the bug you promised to look at.

Step one

A free audit, then a roadmap you approve on one call.

We run the questions your buyers ask across every major AI engine and show you who gets named, who gets cited, and where you are missing. Your site gets audited the way an AI crawler reads it: 21 checks, covering whether 20 AI bots are allowed in and whether the page says plainly what you sell and for whom.

Then you get a roadmap: the fixes and the content, in order of impact. You read it, we walk through it on one call, you say yes, and that is the last writing you have to do.

Step two

We fix the site. We write and publish the content.

Our team works in your CMS and ships the changes itself: the pages an engine could not read, the answers to the questions buyers ask that your site never gives, the structure that makes a page quotable.

Every article targets a question you are losing. We research it against what the engines already cite for it, draft it, have a person check it, and publish it for you. You never write a word of it.

Step three

We check the answers every day, against the competitors the engines name.

Every day, every tracked question runs across every engine. We detect each mention and each citation, yours and theirs, and score how early you appear. Mention rate, share of voice, position, citations: the numbers we see are the numbers you see, in the platform you get a login to.

It is also how you check what $990 a month is buying: every fix and every article is dated, and what moved after it shows up on the chart.

Step four

One call a month. A report in plain language.

Thirty minutes: what we shipped, what moved, what the engines started citing in your category, and what we ship next. The report says the same thing in writing, in the words you already use.

If a competitor showed up in an answer they were not in last month, you hear it from us, not from a customer.

Why now

Your buyers moved. Your calendar did not.

What you do, what we do

You do three things: one onboarding call, access to your CMS and analytics, and a yes on the roadmap. Then one call a month. We do the rest: the audit, the fixes, the writing, the publishing, the daily tracking, and the report. It is the same six-stage process every Managed GEO client gets, and you can read it start to finish before you talk to us.

The engagement

Managed GEO, for the founder who is also the marketing team.

One retainer. Our team does the work, and you get the login and the monthly call.

Done for you

For founders and small teams

Managed GEO

From $990 a month

Scoped after your free audit, so the retainer matches how many questions you need to win and how much of the site needs work. If you grow a marketing team that wants to run it themselves, GEO Consulting & Trends is the other way to work with us.

  • Free AI visibility audit and a roadmap you approve on one call
  • Site fixes shipped by our team, not a brief sent back to you
  • Content for the questions your buyers ask, researched, written, and published for you
  • Daily runs across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, and Google AI Mode
  • Mentions, citations, share of voice, and position against the competitors the engines name
  • Your own login to the same numbers we report
  • One call a month and a report in plain language

Questions founders ask

Before you hand it over

What do I have to do?

Four things. One onboarding call, so we learn the business and the buyers. Access to your CMS and analytics, so we can ship without waiting on you. A yes on the roadmap after the audit. Then one call a month. Everything else, the writing included, is ours.

How will I know it is working?

Every tracked question runs every day across every engine, and every fix and article we ship is dated. The monthly report puts the two side by side: what changed on your site, and what changed in the answers, as mention rate, citations, share of voice, and position against the competitors the engines name. You can log in on any day and see the same numbers we do.

Is this just SEO with a new name?

Partly, and you are right to ask. Some of what is sold as GEO is SEO renamed by people who wanted a new retainer, so make anyone selling it tell you what they ship. The part that is not a rename: an AI engine picks a handful of sources per answer and there is no page two, so the job is qualifying as one of them, getting cited, and being named early. Both jobs want a site engines can read and content worth citing, so your existing SEO keeps working and most of what we ship helps it too.

What if I already have an agency?

Keep them if they are shipping. We often work alongside an SEO or web agency: we bring the audit and the roadmap and track the answers every day, and either they ship the fixes or we do. If the retainer you have is a dashboard and a deck, the free audit will show you what it has and has not changed.

Can I cancel?

Yes. It is a monthly retainer with no long lock-in: the notice period is set in the proposal you approve, and nothing is billed until that is signed. Give it a fair run, though, because fixes are recrawled in weeks and visibility compounds over months.
