What the report contains

Each client brand has its own workspace, and each month that workspace produces a report tied to that client alone: mention rate across engines, share of voice against the competitors they care about, the prompts that gained or lost, and the sources the engines cited. Every entry is dated against what we shipped, so a number that moved sits next to the fix or the article that preceded it. Movers are ranked on share, so a busy month does not read as growth.

It is written for the client to read without you translating it. A founder or a marketing lead should be able to follow it on their own; your job in the meeting is to own the story, not decode the chart.

How the handover works

Before the call, we brief you on what the report says and why, so you walk in knowing which questions to expect. If you would rather have the team that did the work in the room, we join the call as your GEO team and you run the agenda. Either way the client sees a number moving, tied to a list of things that got done, under your account management.

Between reports, the workspace is yours. It is the same login whether you hold one client or thirty, and it shows you exactly what our team sees:

• Saved views per client, split by prompts, engines and personas
• The daily runs behind the monthly numbers
• The link you send when a client asks mid-month

What stays with you

The client relationship and the account management are yours. We do not contact your clients unless you ask us to, and the strategist who covers your accounts briefs you, not them.
