Which networks does it cover?
Reddit, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X, matched on each network’s own hosts and their subdomains. Shortened links such as lnkd.in, t.co, and redd.it stay out of the count, and communities outside those seven, such as Quora or Medium, land in the general citation tables. A network that picked up no citations in the window still shows, as a 0% line.
How a citation is assigned to a network
The rule is the host. A cited URL belongs to a network when its domain is one of that network's own hosts, subdomains included, so pt.linkedin.com and m.facebook.com count for their networks. The seven are Reddit, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
Shorteners are left out on purpose. A t.co or lnkd.in link does not say which page it points to, so it cannot be collapsed onto a row or assigned to a network with any confidence. If a network serves a page in a form the platform does not recognize, the row lands in an Other group for that network and still counts toward it.
What happens to everything else
Quora, Medium, and any community that is not one of the seven stay in the general citation tables, with the same ownership tags and the same Movers ranking. They are not lost; they are simply not social for this tab's purposes.

- Each network has one card, ordered by its share of social, with every figure carrying its change against the previous window.
- A network with no citations still shows, drawn as a 0% line, so its absence is visible rather than silent.
Why the fixed list
Keeping the set fixed is what makes the deltas comparable. Your Reddit share this month means the same thing as last month because the rule that sorted URLs into Reddit did not change between them.
