Frequently asked question · B2B SaaS

What do we have to do on our side?

One onboarding call, CMS and analytics access, and a yes on the roadmap. After that, one call a month. Our team writes and ships the pages and the fixes. Nothing goes to your engineers as a ticket unless a change genuinely needs a deploy, and then it arrives specified. Your product marketer reviews comparison pages before they go live; we build that into the plan.

The first two weeks

The onboarding call is where we collect what the audit could not see from outside: the competitors you actually lose to, the markets you sell in, the questions your sales team hears, and the stack your buyers ask about. From that we build the question set and the competitor set, and you get your login to the platform, so the daily runs are yours to read from the start.

Then we need two kinds of access. CMS access lets us publish pages and fix templates without queuing behind your engineers. Analytics access lets us read what happens to the pages we ship. Once you say yes to the roadmap, the work starts.

What we handle without you

Our team writes the comparison, alternatives, and category pages, fixes the docs and pricing pages so the engines can read them, and ships all of it. Crawler rules, headings, structured data, llms.txt: those are ours. The content routine drafts the next article from your weakest prompt, and a strategist reviews it before it goes anywhere. After onboarding, your standing commitment is one call a month.

The two things we will ask of you

The first is a review. Your product marketer reads every comparison page before it goes live, because a claim about your product or a competitor's has to be right, and you know the product better than we do. That review is scheduled into the plan rather than sprung on them.

The second is a deploy, occasionally. Most fixes go through the CMS. When one genuinely needs an engineer, such as a robots.txt change on a host the CMS does not control, it arrives as a ticket with the change written out, so it is a paste and a deploy rather than an investigation.
