How we split the work

An SEO or web agency that ships is an asset, and we work alongside plenty of them. The division is simple. We bring the free audit, which runs your buyers' questions across every major AI engine and checks your site the way an AI crawler reads it, and the roadmap that comes out of it: the fixes and the content, in order of impact. We track the answers every day and report what moved. The shipping goes to whoever has the hands: your agency takes the roadmap and executes it, or our team works in your CMS and does it.

When your agency ships, that is closer to GEO Consulting and Trends. When we ship, it is Managed GEO. Either way, you are not paying two teams to do the same thing, because the roadmap says who ships each item.

How to tell which agency you have

The retainer that worries us is the one that sent you a login and a monthly deck of scores. If you cannot point to anything that changed on your site because of it, and you never found out whether it brought in a customer, the audit will make that plain:

• Whether the pages your buyers' questions need exist at all
• Whether the engines can read the ones that do
• Whether your brand is named in the answers today, and against whom

The audit is free and it is yours whether or not you go ahead, so it costs nothing to put it next to the agency's report and compare.

What does not change

Your existing SEO keeps working. Most of what we ship, the readable pages and the content for buyer questions, helps it too, so an agency doing that work well has nothing to lose from our roadmap.
