What you are committing to

Managed GEO is a monthly retainer. The one term that binds you is the notice period, and it is written into the proposal you approve after the free audit, not into a contract you sign before you know what the work is. Nothing is billed before that signature: the audit, the call that walks you through it, and the roadmap are yours either way.

There is no long lock-in behind the monthly figure. The retainer covers the team and the platform together, so cancelling is one notice, not several.

Why a month is too short to judge it

The work lands in stages, and the first stage is mostly invisible:

• Fixes to your site only count once the engines recrawl the pages, which takes weeks rather than days
• An article written for a question you are losing has to be found, read and cited before it moves a number
• Each month's visibility builds on the one before, the way search visibility always has

If you judge the retainer on its first thirty days you are judging the recrawl schedule of the engines, not the work. We would rather you plan for a few months, and we build the report so you never have to take that on faith.

How you will know whether to stay

Every fix and article is dated, every tracked question runs every day, and the monthly report puts the two side by side. On any day you can log in and see the same numbers we do. If they are not moving, that is a conversation we want early, on the monthly call, before you are deciding whether to give notice.
