Frequently asked question · Content Routines
How many articles will we get a month?
At most one per run, so a weekly routine yields up to four or five a month and a daily one up to thirty. Runs skip when no prompt qualifies, which is normal, so the real count depends on how many tracked prompts sit inside the routine’s window with enough answers. Accounts start with three routines, and we size that to the engagement.
What sets the ceiling
Each routine produces at most one article per run, and a routine runs at most once a day. A weekly routine therefore tops out at four or five articles a month, a daily one at around thirty. With the three routines an account starts with, the arithmetic ceiling is the sum of their schedules. The platform picks the run time, so routines spread across the week rather than all firing at once.
Why the real number is lower
A run only writes when a prompt qualifies. That means a tracked prompt inside the routine's window with at least five AI answers, not already covered by this routine in the window, and a fit for the strategy. Competitor gap skips whenever you are ahead everywhere. Mentioned late needs prompts you already appear in. A narrow pool, a short window, or a new workspace whose tracking has not run long enough all produce skipped runs, and the history says why each time.
Skipped runs are a feature. A routine that wrote something every day regardless would be a content calendar with extra steps, and the point is that every article exists for a reason you can point to in your report.
How we size it
Three routines is the starting count, and we size it to the engagement. In Managed GEO the routines drive the monthly content roadmap, and our strategists set the strategies, review every draft, and publish the approved ones on your site. In GEO Consulting and Trends your content team runs the queue, so we set the count with your reviewers in mind.

Content Routines
A content routine picks the tracked prompt where your brand is weakest, reads what AI engines answer and cite, and drafts one article for a person to review.
