Frequently asked question · Content Routines
Does a content routine publish articles automatically?
No. A routine writes one draft per run and stops there. A person approves or rejects every article, and approval only locks the text and marks it ready to publish. The platform has no CMS connection. In Managed GEO our team publishes approved articles on your site as part of the engagement.
Where a run stops
A run ends when the draft lands in the review queue. Between the pick and that draft, four agents work in order: a researcher, a writer, a reviser, and a FAQ writer. None of them has a way to reach your website. The platform has no CMS connection, no publishing integration, and no button that pushes text anywhere. Draft is the only state an article can be in without a person acting on it.
That is deliberate. A routine writes from what the engines answer and cite for the prompt you are losing, and that research is good enough to start from but not to ship unread.
What approval and rejection do
Approving locks the text for good and marks the article ready to publish. Rejecting asks for a reason, which stays on the article, and frees the prompt for a later run. Both decisions are final, and each is recorded with the name of the person who made it. Before either one, the reviewer can edit by hand, click Revise with an instruction so the editing agent rewrites the document, or use Revert last change to undo one step.
Who puts it on the site
In Managed GEO our strategists hold the review queue: they edit, approve, and publish the approved articles on your site as part of the engagement, and your report ties each article to the prompt it was written for. In GEO Consulting and Trends your own content team approves, and publishing follows whatever process your site already has. In neither case does the platform touch your site.
