Frequently asked question · Content Routines

Can we reject an article, and what happens then?

Yes. Reject asks for a reason, which stays on the article, and the decision is final: a rejected article cannot be edited or approved later. That releases the prompt it was written for, so a later run can pick it up again and start over with fresh research.

What rejection is for

Reject is the answer for a draft that should not become a page at all: wrong angle, a claim your brand would never make, a question that turned out not to be worth an article. It is not the tool for a draft that is nearly right. For that, edit the text by hand, or click Revise with an instruction and the editing agent rewrites the document, and Revert last change undoes one step if the rewrite went the wrong way.

What the platform records

Reject asks for a reason, and the reason stays on the article along with the name of the person who made the decision. The article moves to Rejected, which is final in the same way Approved is: no further edits, no later approval. The draft is kept, so the reason and the text remain readable, which is how we learn what to change in the routine's brand voice or standing instructions before the next run.

What happens to the prompt

Every routine leaves alone any prompt it already covered inside its window, until the window rolls over. Rejecting releases that prompt at once. If the prompt still qualifies on the next run, with at least five AI answers in the window and the strongest score for the strategy, the routine picks it again and starts over: the researcher gathers the last three AI answers, the pages and domains they cite most, and the competitors they name, fresh, and the writer produces a new draft.

If you want the routine to stop returning to a prompt, the fix is in the pool: narrow it by tag or persona, or point the routine at a saved report whose filters exclude it.

Content Routines

A content routine picks the tracked prompt where your brand is weakest, reads what AI engines answer and cite, and drafts one article for a person to review.
