Frequently asked question · Universities & Education
Can you track our programs in the countries we recruit from?
Each question is tracked in one country, in that market’s language, and every report filters by country, so the international office reads its own answer rather than a global average. Today the platform runs questions in the United States, the United Kingdom, Brazil, and Greece. If a priority market of yours is not on that list, say so in the first call and we scope it before we quote.
How a market is tracked
A tracked question carries one country and is asked in that market's language, so the Brazilian question about your MBA is asked in Portuguese from Brazil, and the answer is the one an applicant in São Paulo actually gets. The same question in the United Kingdom is a separate row, with its own answer, its own named institutions, and its own cited sources. We do not average them, because the shortlist changes with the market and an average would name a school no single applicant was told about.
Each row is also tagged with a persona. For recruitment markets that is usually the international applicant, who asks from their own country about visas, English requirements, and scholarships.
What the international office reads
Reports filter by country, and the international office gets a login of its own. The person responsible for Brazil sees mention rate and share of voice for the Brazilian questions, which sources the engines trust there, and which competitor institutions get named in that market and nowhere else. The monthly briefing reads each market against the previous window.
That is a map the fairs and agents budget has never had. It shows which markets the engines already point toward you and which ones name three competitors before yours.
Markets not on the list today
The platform runs questions in the United States, the United Kingdom, Brazil, and Greece. If you recruit heavily from a market not on that list, name it in the first call. We scope whether and how we can track it before we quote, rather than discovering the gap after the contract is signed.
