What the proposal sets

Managed GEO is billed month to month. The one term that binds you is the notice period, and it is written into the proposal you approve after the free audit, not into a standard contract you sign before you know what the work is. Until that proposal is signed, nothing is billed: the audit, the call that walks you through it, and the roadmap it produces are all yours whether or not you go ahead.

There is no setup fee and no annual commitment hiding behind the monthly figure. The retainer covers the team and the platform together, so there is nothing to renew separately.

Why we ask for a fair run anyway

Nothing stops you leaving after a month. We still ask you to plan for more than one, because of how the work lands. Fixes to your site are picked up when the engines recrawl it, which takes weeks rather than days. Content written for the questions your buyers ask needs to be found, read and cited before it moves a number. Visibility in AI answers compounds the way search visibility always did: the second month builds on the first, and the third on both.

The monthly report shows what shipped and what changed in the answers, so you are never guessing whether to continue. If the numbers are not moving, that is a conversation we would rather have early.

How the consulting engagement differs

GEO Consulting and Trends is quoted per engagement, as a retainer or as a project, and its term is set the same way: in the proposal, after the audit. We tend to quote it in quarters, because a quarter is the unit in which a category's AI answers visibly shift and a roadmap gets executed by your own teams.
