Frequently asked question · Pricing
Is there a free trial or a plan I can sign up for myself?
No. There is no self-serve tier and we do not price by the seat, because what you are buying is a team that writes and ships the work, not a login. Both engagements start with a free AI visibility audit, and nothing is billed until you approve a proposal.
Why there is no self-serve tier
A trial makes sense for software: you log in, click around, and decide whether the dashboard is worth paying for. What we sell is not the dashboard. It is the team that reads what the dashboard shows, writes the fixes and the content, ships them to your site, and reports what moved. A login on its own would give you the numbers and leave the work with you, which is the exact arrangement the engagement exists to replace.
That is also why we do not price by the seat. The retainer covers the team and the platform together, and adding a colleague to the monthly call does not change what we do.
What replaces the trial
The free AI visibility audit is the part you get before deciding, and it is closer to a first month of work than to a demo. We run our 21 GEO checks on the pages that matter for your brand, ask the questions your buyers ask across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and the rest, see who gets named, and walk you through all of it on a call. No card and no commitment, and the findings stay with you whether or not you go ahead.
How the engagement starts
If the audit shows a fit, we send a proposal that sets the scope, the retainer, and the notice period. Nothing is billed until you approve it. If the audit shows you do not need us yet, we say so, and you keep the findings.

Two ways to work with Eleva: Managed GEO, a monthly retainer from $990 where our team does the work, and GEO Consulting & Trends, quoted per engagement.

A free audit shows you exactly where you stand across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, Claude, Grok, and AI Overviews, and what it would take to close the gap.
