Frequently asked question · Enterprise

How many markets can you track?

As many as the engagement scopes. Each question is tracked in one country, in that market’s language, and reports filter by country, so every market is its own view. Today the platform runs prompts in the United States, the United Kingdom, Brazil, and Greece; if a priority market of yours is not on that list, say so in the first call and we scope it before we quote.

How a market is defined

A market is a country and a language, and every tracked prompt is pinned to one. The question a buyer asks in Brazil is written in Portuguese and run as a Brazilian prompt; its UK counterpart is a separate prompt, in English, run for the UK. The platform keeps each answer with the sources it cited and the brands it named, so the two never blur into one average.

That matters because the answers really do differ. The UK answer names different brands than the Brazilian one. A subreddit is trusted in the US but not in the UK. A source your PR team earns in one country can take a full briefing cycle to show up in another, and may never show up in a third.

What each regional team sees

Reports cut by platform, country, persona, and tag, and are saved per market and per team. The UK team opens the UK view, with share of voice and position score against the competitors named in that answer, and mention rate for that country. The monthly briefing carries the same read for each country, with the differences called out instead of averaged away.

How markets enter the scope

The number of markets is one of the things the proposal sets, along with the number of brands and personas to track and the briefing cadence. The four countries the platform runs today are the United States, the United Kingdom, Brazil, and Greece. If a priority market of yours is not among them, name it on the first call and we scope it before we quote.
