Frequently asked question · Enterprise

How is the engagement scoped and priced?

It starts with a free audit of the properties and markets you name. From there we quote a retainer or a project: the number of brands, markets, and personas to track, the briefing cadence, and how much strategist time the roadmap needs. We quote in quarters because that is the unit the work moves in. A page your web team unblocks this month reaches the crawlers weeks later. A source your PR team earns in the US can take a full briefing cycle to show up in the UK answer, and may never show up in the Brazilian one. We will not put a date on any of it; each quarter is read against what your teams shipped.

What the free audit covers

The audit runs before anything is quoted, on the properties and markets you name. Each URL gets 21 checks, including crawler access for 20 AI bots and llms.txt, and the findings are prioritized by the prompts where you are losing share rather than by severity alone. The same pass reads whether each page says plainly what the product is and who it is for, and whether the sources the engines lean on say the same thing you do. What comes back is the first version of the roadmap, with owners, and a clear view of how much there is to do.

The dimensions of the quote

From there the proposal is a retainer or a project, sized on a few things:

  • The number of brands, markets, and personas in the tracked question set.
  • The briefing cadence: monthly with your working teams, quarterly with leadership.
  • How much strategist time the roadmap needs, which depends on how many teams it hands work to.

A project suits a bounded piece of work, such as the audit and a baseline across your markets. A retainer suits the ongoing read: daily tracking, the monthly briefings, and a strategist who owns the number. A business unit that wants its pages written can add Managed GEO alongside either.

How a quarter is read

Each quarter is read against what your teams shipped. The briefing ties every movement in share of voice, mention rate, and cited sources to the changes web, content, PR, and product marketing made, so the review is about which work moved which answer and what comes next, not about whether a date was hit.
