How do you know it is working when I cannot see the conversations?

Why the conversation is invisible to you and not to us

No search console logs a ChatGPT answer, no missed call marks it, and "how did you hear about us" never turns it up. The only way to know what an engine says is to ask it. So the platform does that, every day, for your city: it puts the questions your customers ask to every major AI engine and keeps each answer with the businesses it named and the sources it cited. One answer proves nothing, since the engines vary from run to run. A daily record over weeks shows the pattern, and the pattern is what we report.

What gets measured

• Mention rate: of the answers to your customers' questions, how many named you, per engine.
• Share of voice: your share of those mentions against the businesses the engines name instead of you.
• Position: how early in the answer your name appears when it does.
• Cited sources: which directories, review sites, and Reddit threads the engines leaned on, so you can see whose pages are deciding the answer.
• The local pack: when Google AI Mode shows one, every business in it, with its rating and review count, and a flag on any rival you are not tracking yet.

How it reaches you

You have a login to the platform and can look any time. Once a month we walk you through it on a call, in plain language, next to the list of what we shipped that month, so a move in the numbers sits beside the work that might explain it. That is the report, and it replaces the conversation you could not see with a record you can.
