Frequently asked question · Fix What AI Says

Does the platform detect wrong answers automatically?

No. The platform records every answer for your tracked prompts, every day, on every engine, with the sources each one cited. A person on our team reads those answers and logs what is wrong, outdated, incomplete, or unfavourable, because deciding that a price is stale or a framing is unfair takes someone who knows your business. What the platform does on its own is keep the record: the same prompt, asked the same way every day, so the log shows the day the wording changed.

What the platform records

Every tracked prompt runs once a day on ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, and Google AI Mode, in each country you track. The platform keeps the full text of every answer, every source it cited, and every brand it named. That record is the raw material, and it accumulates whether or not anyone reads it that day.

What the record cannot tell you on its own is that a statement in it is wrong. An answer that lists your retired plan reads exactly like one that lists your current plan. A competitor's line about you, repeated as fact, reads like any other sentence. Deciding that a price is stale, that a location closed, or that a framing is unfair takes knowledge of your business that no detector has.

What a person does with it

Someone on our team reads the recorded answers engine by engine and logs each wrong, outdated, incomplete, or unfavourable statement. Each entry in the accuracy log carries the prompt, the engine, the country, the exact wording, and the sources the answer cited for it. The tag on each entry matters, because the fix for an outdated claim is a rewrite and the fix for an unfavourable one is usually a new page that answers the question better.

You confirm the facts. On Managed GEO that is most of your part, along with one call a month.

Why the daily record still does most of the work

Once a claim is in the log, nobody has to go back and check by hand whether it is still there. The same prompt is asked the same way every day, so the log shows the day the wording changed on each engine and each country, and the engines that still repeat it. The judgement is human. The memory is the platform's.

AI engines name your brand and get the facts wrong. We trace each claim to the page it came from, fix it, and track the day each engine drops it.
