A fee schedule PDF that is still online is easy to fetch and states a number in one place, so it beats a service page that links out to a portal. The engine is not ignoring your update. It never saw a page that put the current figure in text it could lift.

The accuracy read is where this stops being a guess. A reviewer goes through the recorded answers with your service catalogue open, flags the fee as wrong or outdated, and ties the flag to the URL the answer cited. Sometimes that URL is on your own domain. Sometimes it is a commercial guide that paraphrased you three years ago.

What has to be true before an answer can change

• The current fee sits on a page the AI crawlers are allowed to fetch
• The figure is in the page text, not in a PDF and not behind a login
• Your sitemap and llms.txt point at that page rather than an older one
• The old fee schedule is retired or redirected, so it stops being quotable

Those four lines go on the roadmap with an owner each, because they belong to different teams.
