Frequently asked question · SEO & Content
Can our writers use the drafts?
Yes, that is who they are for. Every draft arrives with the prompt it answers, a brief that says what the current answers are missing, verified sources, and a short FAQ. Your editors approve it, send it back to the agent with an instruction, or reject it with a reason. Nothing publishes by itself. The drafts follow the brand voice and standing instructions you set, and an approved draft is yours to publish in your CMS.
How a draft is chosen and built
A content routine is a standing instruction on the platform. On its schedule it picks the tracked prompt where you are weakest, by lowest visibility, widest competitor gap, or latest mention, so the draft always targets a question you are currently losing. It then reads what the engines answer and cite for that prompt today, researches the question, and writes one draft built to be the cited source: the answer in the first paragraph, every claim traceable to a source, in the brand voice you set.
What arrives in the queue
The draft never arrives alone. Alongside it your editors get:
- The prompt it answers, as your buyers phrase it.
- A brief on what the current answers miss, drawn from the answers the engines gave that day.
- The verified sources each claim rests on.
- A short FAQ for the questions that sit next to the main one.
The brief is the part experienced writers use most. It says why the existing answers cite someone else and what a page would need to say to be picked instead, which is a different starting point from a keyword and a volume.
What your editors control
Three actions: approve, send it back to the agent with an instruction, or reject with a reason. An instruction reads like a note to a writer, and the revised draft comes back through the same queue. The brand voice and standing instructions are set once and apply to every draft after. Nothing publishes by itself, and an approved draft is yours to publish in your CMS, on your calendar.
