Frequently asked question · Contact Us

What should I include in the first message?

Your website, what you sell, who buys it, and the questions you wish AI answered with your name. If a competitor comes to mind, name them. We take it from there.

Why those four things

Each one feeds the audit directly. Your website tells us which pages to run the 21 GEO checks on. What you sell and who buys it tells us which category to watch and which questions a buyer in it would ask. The questions you wish AI answered with your name become the first prompts we put to ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and the rest, so the audit starts on the answers that matter to you rather than on ones we guessed.

A competitor's name shortens the work too. Share of voice is measured against named competitors, and the audit's first read of who the engines name instead of you is sharper when we know who you expect to see there.

What you can leave out

You do not need to know what GEO is, what is wrong with your site, or which engagement you want. "AI never mentions us and we do not know why" is a perfectly good first message; working out why is what the audit is for. If one of our engagements fits, we say which one on the call.

You also do not need to write much. The WhatsApp button opens a thread with the first line already drafted, and a person reads it and replies within one business day, Monday to Friday. Send it as it is or add the four things above.

What happens to it

A human reads the message, we run the audit, and we book a call to walk through the findings and what it would take. The findings are yours whether or not we work together.
