Can I export a PDF?
No. There is no PDF, CSV, or image export, no public link, and no scheduled email. You share a report by sending its URL to someone with a login to your account. For stakeholders who do not log in, the written monthly report from our team is the document.
Why the URL is the export
A report is a saved filter set rendered against live data, and the URL carries all of it: the filters, the tab, the expanded card, and any open drill-down. Send it and a colleague sees exactly what you saw, with the numbers as they stand now rather than as they stood when you clicked export. A PDF would freeze a view that is designed to be reopened every month.
The trade-off is that the recipient needs a login to your account. There is no public link that skips the login, and no scheduled email that lands a copy in someone's inbox.
What stakeholders who do not log in receive
Most of the people who ask for a PDF want something to put in front of leadership. In both engagements that is the written monthly report from our team, and in Managed GEO also the monthly call where your strategist walks through the same views. The written report is the document; the platform is where the numbers behind it live, and your login shows the same views we walked through.
What you can still do inside the platform
- Star a report so it pins to Favorites for every member of the workspace.
- File reports in folders such as Monthly calls or one per market.
- Click any prompt in a table and the whole report scopes to it, which the URL then carries.
- Click a cell in the matrix of prompts by engine and the answers behind the number open in place.
